This one is for you salty & pizza lovers, in our household there HAS to be once a week a pizza dinner, my husband is going on withdraws if he hasn’t had pizza a whole week lol. This week I improvised as I didn’t have time for a real dough and made him mini pizzas out of puff pastry I had in my fridge. In my sweet puff pastry recipe I have used 6 of the 10 puff pastry sheets and the rest I have made with left over pizza sauce, some salami, some cheese, fresh tomato’s and goat cheese. Brush the edges with some egg and throw it in the oven and bake in 180 Celsius for 10-12 min or until crispy brown.
Execution:

put the pizza sauce on the pastry

add fresh tomatoes and goat cheese for your Greek taste buts 😀

add Gouda cheese

add Salami or any other meat such as ham or turkey breast

fold two of the edges together in the middle

stick the corners gently together

brush pastry with egg-wash

bake in the oven

mmmm they look so good and tasted as good too
