Being away from my own kitchen makes me creative, a fast and sweetlicious desert with puff pastry. You want to eat every little bit. In my parents home you will always find nutella, jam & fruit. This is what I made for yesterdays Desert. This fast desert is also great if you have friends over or if you bring them to a friends house. Everyone will loves those I am sure. That makes me think of Halloween and what I could do with this puff pastry and fall ingredients :D.
Ingredients for 6 sweet puff pastry squares. 2 with peach and 4 with blueberries:
- raspberry jam, I used 1 tbs on each puff pastry square
- 250 gr blueberries
- Nutella, I used 1 tbs on each puff pastry square
- 1 whole sliced peach
- pack of frozen puff pastry contains 10 squares. I used 4 in a salty puff pastry ( check this recipe out here )
- 1 beaten egg
Execution
lay the puff pastry on a baking sheet
slice the peach
add the jam and blueberries on two and nutella and peaches to the other two pastry’s
beat the egg
brush the pastry’s with the egg for a golden-brown finished color
preheat oven and bake in 200 Celsius for 10 minutes
