Alaska Seelachs Burger – Coalfish patties

This coalfish I have purchased already marinated from the store. The spicerub is dried tomato/tomato paste herb rub.

Recipe:

700 gr coalfish ( or any fish you like )

40 gr oat meal

1 egg

100 gr bread crums

salt /pepper

herbs ( I chop my herbs and freeze them )

Preheat oven to 400 fahrenheit or 200 celcius, bake coalfish for 45 minutes or longer, depends how you like your fish, I like a little crust.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form small or big patties.

Enjoy & Guten Apetit!
