Salmon,
One of my favorite fish. Today I wanted to eat pasta with a heavy cream cheesy sauce and salmon also, so I came up with this recipe. You have to try this. I cooked my salmon many times just in soy sauce and I love it, the creaminess from the pasta sauce balances out the saltiness of the salmon. I couldnt get my hands of it and I had seconds :-/. If you are on a diet, this meal is NOT for you lol. But even if you are on a diet you can leave the heavy cream and cheese out and just have the carbs with the protein. Smaller portion. A weak spot in my world and stomach, I am always having trouble with portion control :-/. …. Whats new?! This past & salmon recipe feeds four adults. The pasta is for more people though as I used a 500 gr pack.
Ingredients:
- 4 frozen salmon filets
- half cup soy sauce
- half cup of water
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium white onion
- salt & pepper
- 6 medium mushrooms
- 400 gr heavy cream
- shredded cheese

finished product

add the 4 pieces of frozen salmon to a pan with water and soy sauce. Let it boil on medium heat for 15 minutes each side, once the water evaporated let it fry with the remaining little of the soy sauce.

Finished salmon should look like this. You will know when the fish is done if its starting to crack. cook it in medium heat and towards the end fry it in lower temp
