Today my camera had a problem, I lost some of my food pics I made, sorry yall, but I think I just haven’t waited long enough to transfer the pictures from the camera to my Laptop and then cleared all pictures from the camera :(. Thats in the past though, and I have the result pictures for you :). I love fish & seafood in general, every time we are in Greece and my husband orders Steak I get dizzy kinda. We are at the Beach boy, we eat fish here lol :). I made this recipe with thick couscous and added some sauteed carrots,zucchini, cubed potatoes & red bell pepper. Its yummy without any sauce also, I added yogurt for coolness because I tent to do things more spicy for hubby, he looooves it. And to add something out there I just found out that people who eat spicy food daily are reducing the risk of a heart disease. Well hallelujah to that I do hope to keep my hubby for a little long while longer.

In a large skillet saute the potatoes, carrots, zucchini & red bell peppers in olive oil some salt & pepper

grill the salmon until done, I loke my salmon all the way done and do not want to see it pink in the middle at all 🙂
