Guys, you have to try this Breakfast, attention, this isnt fat free, or low carb. BUT it is gluten free AND delicious :D.
I had left over ground meat with peas and mushrooms from yesterday and so I had to make a cowboy breakfast. I try to reuse the left overs as creative as possible.
My phone doesnt snap the best pics, but its just so handy when Im multitasking in the kitchen. I need to use my camera more, I knooooowwww!
Ingredients:
- four large potatoes
- 250gr ground beef
- eggs
- olive oil
- salt / pepper

wash potatoes, leave the skin and cut in cubes. Add them in the already warm olive oil & pan. Once they sauteed five minutes add the left over ground meat or fresh ground meat. Cook the potatoes on medium high until done. I can never tell the cooking time, just give one a try.




add fried egg


and some ketchup or barbq sauce
