OMG, this has been unedited in here since May 2016, this is how long I havent published a recipe. So here it is, ou boy is almost 2 and I hope I can share more and more of my daily recipes with you.
Green A S P A R A G U S -yummmmmmm 😀
Even though in Germany MOST people seem to like the white broiled asparagus, I really prefer the green one because I love grilling them and love the bite to them.
Asparagus is one of my many favorite healthy grilled things to eat, in this case sauteed with the mushrooms. This recipe feeds a family of 4.
Ingredients:
- 250gr fresh green asparagus
- 4 medium size potatoes
- 250gr white mushrooms
- vegetable oil for the fryer
- salt&pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can of whole tomatoes ( crush in blender )
Bake the chicken breast in the oven until golden brown. Cut Asparagus and mushrooms and sautee them in medium high heat. Thin slice the potatoes and fry them in the pan with vegetable oil. Throw some blue cheese on the plate at the end. Voila 😀
