Puff pastry Salmon
If you have been following my recipes, you know that in our household we love salmon, plus I have to find ways to cook protein everyday for my husband and I need to be creative. This is one of our favorites, you cant just have one. Its delicious. Since we are 2 adults and one 5 year old I made 3. So one for each. Well, half for my daughter, and more for husby. The arugula on top gives it a special freshness and nutty flavor that I love, it is one of my favs salad greens. And yes, sorry I had to take 2343 pictures, the dish was just so pretty, but I wished it had the daylight. This was dinner and unfortunately the pics are accordingly dark
Inigredients
- 1 package puff pastry
- 3 frozen salmon filet
- 6 small mushrooms
- 200 g package creme fraiche
- Gorgonzola for saltiness and garnish
- lemon, salt /pepper
- olive oil for garnish
- 1 egg for egg wash for the puff pastry
