It was a very rainy day today- soup is always a great lunch idea, since my daughter and husband are sick with the flu. My cousin came over in the afternoon and had a bowl of it too. This recipe feeds 4-5 people.
Ingredients:
- 1 chinese cabbage
- 4 medium carrots
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 500 gr chicken breast
- olive oil
- water as much as to cover the cabbage ( see pic )
- soy sauce for saltiness
Execution

add the cubed chicken breast, carrots and chinese cabbage along with the chicken stock. add water until it almost covers the cabbage. Let it boil for 20 min
