My parents brought this goat cheese from Greece that smells beyond smells :-/, I cooked with it anyway and figured out that it very delicious. There was Bratwurst in the fridge that needed to be cooked. My idea was to make a Breakfast curry wurst with scrambled eggs for lunch,a German dish with a twist :D. My family was very excited to try this spicy wurst along with the smooth scrambled eggs. If you want to impress, this would be an excellent creative dinner dish when friends are over.
Ingredients:
- 100 gr any goat cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 6 Bratwurst
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- salt / pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbs curry powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 medium fresh tomato
- frozen herbs
Execution:

Add the olive oil and let the Bratwurst saute until golden brown

add the tomato puree, curry powder and spices. Careful with the salt as curry tent to be salty already, just add your curry first

let it simmer on medium heat until the tomato sauce has been reduced and the Bratwurst looks combined in curry and looks yellow.



add some frozen herbs for color
