What do you do on a 35 Celsius weather? You bake a “Blechkuchen” cake. My daughter Zoe wanted to bake again, we used to bake all the time in our old place and we both surely missed it. Cant wait til we have our own place again. My parents had some plums & apricots in the house which were turning bad so I decided to get a quick cake mix and do this. Dont judge me, it was hot today, so I had to find the easy way out lol. Along with the cake we served greek coffee, because it doesnt have to be a greek desert to enjoy greek coffee :).
