So today we had a play date and I ALWAYS prep something for the kids and the mommies of course :)!
This cake was inspired by “I want to eat cake but not a regular bunt vanilla cake ” so I looked into my baking pantry and found Dr.Oetker Quarkfein Strawberry, I used greek yoghurt instead of milk, and it made the cake really, REALLY yummy and moist. Dr.Oetker Strawberry Quark powder gave the cake a touch of yoghurty, quarky strawberry taste. It was Delicious and not even 24 hrs went by and its gone :-/, no we didnt eat it all, my mother came by and we gave her some. Now, the raspberry drizzle was a raspberry marmelade I had made during summer. I pured the marmelade on top of the cake as soon as it came out of the oven and it soaked into the cake and let me tell you I couldnt stop eating it ( not that I tried ).
Give this a try and let me know how it turns ut. I bought the Dr.Oetker Quark Strawberry powder in Kaufland Super Market.
Enjoy!
