This is the only way my daughter will eat broccoli, seriously, she loves Quinoa and Falafel patties. .Very simple and fast meal since the Falafel are store bought and are not made from scratch.This meal is vegan and gluten free, the yogurt is an option, I always need some type of sauce. This recipe feeds 4 people.
Ingredients;
- alnatura falafel box 170g
- 250gr quinoa
- salt /pepper
- 250 gr broccoli
- 1tbs olive oil for the pan
- lemon juice for the quinoa
- tomato & pepper optional ( I forgot to add it lol )
Execution


cook the quinoa, once done add it to the broccoli to combine
